ECAD recognise the importance of site presence (Boots on the Ground). We take the pride in positioning the right person in the right position on our client’s site. Prior to site installation we generate an installation plan, and on complex activities we generate detailed storyboards.
ECAD develop and issue the Pre-Construction plan, once the installation subcontractors have been assessed then ECAD will review there Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and amend accordingly.
During the installation ECAD construction managers will carryout toolbox talks, and direct supervision on high risk activities.
